Do you accept online returns / can I get a refund?
We accept all returns in exchange for store credit only. 

Can I return a helmet I purchased?
Due to the safety application of motorcycle helmets, we cannot accept returns on helmets. 

What about that part I purchased?
Due to the unique purpose and specification of each part we are currently unable to take returns on parts at this time. Measure twice. Order once.

How do I exchange my product?
For an online order, send us an email to hello@bonusfamilygarage.com and let us know you want to exchange your purchase. Then, simply mail the item back to us to the address below.

For an in-store exchange or purchase just bring the item back to the shop within thirty days of receiving the order or purchasing and we’ll get you sorted.

All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received - unworn, unwashed, and free of oil stains.

Wait, I had to pay to ship the item back to you? 
Upon receiving the item back and inspecting it, we will gladly give you store credit plus free shipping on your next order to accommodate shipping back to us.

Online Orders
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and your experience. If you aren't we want to hear about it.

If you do need to return an item, please ensure that all items are returned in the condition that they were received - not worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise (s)oiled.

If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for store credit or exchange. You will need to pay for return shipping, however Bonus Family Garage will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge. 

What can I not exchange?
Sales of helmets, discounted items, vintage items and gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Anything else I should know?
Bonus Family Garage reserves the right to not accept returns if we feel like the item has been washed, worn, altered, damaged or otherwise (s)oiled

SHOP RULES

I purchased a membership. Now what?
Welcome to the Family!

First, look out for an email in your inbox with your login info. Then, you will receive another email to book your New Member Orientation. Every new member needs to go through the New Member Orientation so we can get to know you and show you around the shop. You’ll also need to sign some legal paperwork.

What tools do you all have?
We have all the basic tools you will need in order to do a majority of the work on your bike. We stock a huge range of hand tools both SAE & Metric as well as specialty motorcycle specific tools.

What if you don’t have a tool that I need?
Just let us know if there is anything not in our shop that you may need. We are always ordering tools to improve our member experience. We can also order any parts or consumables from our vendors if you need something specific.

Do you have consumables that I may need for sale?
Yes! We have a range of consumables for sale and if we don’t have something you need let us know and we’ll be happy to order it for you.

What if I only want to use the shop for one day?
We offer a day pass if you just need to use the shop for one day during business hours. You can check it out here

How do I cancel my Membership?
We’d love to hear your feedback on anything we can improve that would change your mind. If you still want to cancel, you can manage your membership by logging into your account.

Members are free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership level at will, at any time during membership. Membership changes take effect the 1st of the following month after the change has been requested. Members must provide 3 days notice for cancelation of all memberships.
